Hey I have a spare Au series on 4ltr engine and was thinking bout working it a bit and then putting it in my ef. I was wondering if the Au motor will go straight in without any hassles or will it need stuff changed for it to run?

instead of cutting the k frame you can modify the sump to fit

yes you can modify the au sump. it needs to be cut and welded but its another option instead if modifying the k frame

ive done the conversion its pretty easy if you know what your doing. Just cut the sump like it the thread and you are sweet. You still need an engineers certificate but dont you?
