Hey guys, have been having problems with my BA throwing up all sorts of error codes and they all seem to be linked to a blocked catalytic converter -so instead of getting another standard cat I thought it was a good time to use the pacemaker 4495's I got a while back and got a cat converter to suit and new hanger rubbers, from the cat back is a 2 half inch muffler delete pipe to a rear redback sports exhaust/muffler and tailpipe,so my question is which way is better no middle muffler or no rear muffler-some have a hotdog in the delete pipe and some don't,so which way works better?

P.s any advice on getting the dam thing on the ramps without removing the bumper?

Hey guys, just a quick vid of the exhaust note after the system was put in(the one in the fg mani thread didnt quite show its awfullness)sounds like a bloody ricer with a canon (sounds terrible),my daughter says it sounds like a really bad wet f@rt when you know there'll be something running down the back of your legs any moment.will do another vid when the other muffler goes in.

Like the sound it produces. :)

I am looking at getting a new floor jack as I will be lowering my BA soon and my mate has an FGII XR6 and they are/will be lower. This is the jack I was looking at:

These might be worthwhile too?

Hey papa smurf,it's not so bad when the engine & exhaust heat up-but was just obnoxiously loud from cold,is better with the centre redback, thanks for the reply about the low profile jack etc,I have a piece of conveyor belt which worked well holding the ramps in place but I do need to invest in a decent jack though, cheers Johnny
