Hello,

I've pulled my old log manifold, about to put the BBM, the pipe inlet on the throttle body, that goes to the back of the rocker cover? which the EB pipe is to big, and the fella I brought it off didn't include one. The black plug (missing two wires at the top?), basically I need to be filled in lol.

-Black plug, where does it go?
-Inlet pipe at the back of the BBM
-Inlet pipe on the actual throttle body, where does it go?
-Hose in the third picture

Any help would be much appreicated

I know that last photo, that one goes to the MAP, well on an EF falcon it does anyway. the others i think are for the vacuum for the aircon unit inside the car or something?

inlet pipe on the throttle body goes to the rocker cover breather hole, need to find the pipe long enough for it

inlet pipe of the back of the bbm looks like vacum lines to me

Ok, Black plug connects to the BBM switch which is located behind the washer bottle on the donor car, if you dont have one, you should track one down as it is easier to use the factory bit than stuffing around with rpm switches...
The pipe at the back is indeed the feed for the MAP sensor.
The pipe on the throttle body goes to the breather pipe at the rear of the EF or EL rocker cover.
The big fat hose coming out of the vacuum tree goes to the brake booster.

Awesome :) that helps heaps, looks like I'll have to get some EL/EF fuel hoses and vacuum hose for the back of the rocker cover.

Thanks alot

its better if you also change the accelerator pedal to an el one which is a direct replacement for the EA one, as the pedal lever ratio is different and the EA pedal will sit high (but still works ok).

got that from troymans Installing an AU Engine into an EA/EB/ED

Or you could just put up with the cramps in your legs from driving about with your foot a couple of inches in the air all the time... meh, what do we know? maybe it feels nice to some people.

Another stump. Got my fuel lines, but the guy didn't even send a AU rocker cover, sent a EA-ED one, should i drill holes or just get a EL/EF/AU cover? And also the little inlet sort of thing literally on the air intake piping, just after the throttle body?

Cheers,
