After getting sick of looking at the 8" venom speaker in the shed. I bought it but could not mount into the parcel shelf due to the LPG tank. I have taken a different approach, it was a pain in the a*** to do but worth it I think.

good spot for it and it takes up no more of you valuable boot space, that money saver we call gas tanks do take up some space.

i was going to do that in my EA. but i asked around and they said i wasnt allowed to cut a hole into it because its part of the structure of the car....and i was like WTF? so i just postponed it and made an MDF board behind the seat......now just to clarify...is what u have done illegal?

Thanks Guys,
Disco Frank, the seat is not back in the car yet so the photo was taken while it was placed on a workhorse, it was the best angle to show the speaker.

Phongus, I can't see why anyone would say it illegal, it is not mounted on the parcel shelf where 90% of all install's would be illegal and its mounted on a non structural part. Even if it does not pass I can swap out the seat frame and I am away again.

Ok to Jaycar again, the cover looks cheap, I think a PA cover painted grey might be better.
