File comment: as requested lol. I have black carpet to put in next. I used a black AU glove box as the paint kept scraping off the handle before.

thanks mate. I have only had some trouble with the scuff plates under the doors. It's hard shiny plastic which is the hardest to paint in the 1st place & it cops alot of wear. I sanded some of the hard shiny plastics lightly before painting and it has been good. The dash facia etc has all been very solid with no probs.

The Missus has an excel which I am fixing up and I sprayed the dash in black vinyl paint (was stark white when I got it :?) and was wondering how it would last.
