I have to sell my beloved XR8 due to purchasing a property and other financial reasons. Details as follows

This engine has the works and is a solid 400hp engine and all controlled by a AC Delco from a VN commadore with Kalmaker editing software. Have dyno sheet of 281rwhp and with such a large converter it takes abit of hp out so a smaller converter and tune it will crack 300rwhp no worries

Al's race glides 800hp box
C4 3 speed
4400 stall
B&M pro racket shifter
PWR Tranny coller right at the front of the radiator

This gearbox is the ultimate, so nice to drive on the street and for such a large converter is drives awsome

Fully rebuilt Diff
LSD 3.73 gears

3 inch tail shaft

Full 3 inch exhaust with paccy's, 2 high flow cats and 1 mufler ending at the diff with a 3 inch pipe going over the diff ending right at the rear right wheel

Overall this car is awsome to drive and eats practically every holden on the street and fries thr tyres passing them. This is a perect example of a nice street/race EF XR8 around, and if you want to be different this is the car for u.

Ive owned the car since November last yr and has been a great car to drive and own, also has 11 months rego practically new tyres all round. So pretty much a turn key and drive away and have a genuine 12second street car on pump gas.

ANY TEST OF ENGINE IS WELCOME AND ONLY DONE BY AN EXPERIENCED MOTOR MECHANIC AND MYSELF BEING PRESENT

$19,000 or near offer with all receipt to prove of engine build, gearbox, diff and other odd receipts for wheels and so on.

I am open to genuine offers and please do not waste my time and come out 4 a joy ride, no deposit no test drive

sort of in the same position as you, the cash is there but only to buy my new workshop, but whats the name of those rims, mate I love them.

try putting your car on other sites as well, I know that what you are asking for is really nothing compaired what's been spent, I saw a EL XR8 in a car yard, same colour different wheels they had 14.5k with a stock 5.0ltr, so compaired to that yours is worth 25k all day long.... but good luck with the sale..........

Yeh i know Joe its hard but what can u do, im not gona let it go 4 nothing. If i dont sell it im gona keep it and take it off the road for 6-8 months and refiance and build a new Man or War block 370ci and go all out 2 be the fastest E series NA street registered and driven in Aus.

And u know how keen i am 2 do it hehehe

I've got a mate whose looking at buying an XR8 to pour a bit of cash into. This would be a great buy for him. I'm guessing it wouldn't be an easy task getting it over the pits here tho. How much torque does it push out?
