***Due to lack of interest and people trying to knock down the price of an already well priced car, i'm taking it off the market, installing all the turbo gear and if it's still not what i'm after, will be sold at a higher price***

I know i've had this up for sale a couple of times over the past year, but this is it, no more turning back, i've got another project to fund.

Item:December 1996 Ford EL Fairmont sedan (Ghia mock-up) 305,000km on body 35,000km on driveline.

Price:$6,900 open to offers.

Description:2003 BA Falcon DOHC inline six cylinder, Pacemaker headers, 'highflow' cat, Manta 2.5" exhaust, K&N panel filter with EL GT intake tube, fly-by-wire throttle, BA Black Oak ECM, BA 93LE four speed auto, 300x250 transmission oil cooler, 214rwhp, new RDA slotted brake rotors front and rear, new brake pads, new radiator, new coolant expansion bottle, new brake booster, king superlow springs, monroe shocks, 18" CSA gladiator rims, 70% tread, Ghia trimmings: Ghia badging, Ghia bootlid trim, chrome door/bumper mouldings, woodgrain doorcard mouldings, chrome interior handles, footwell lighting, woodgrain shift surround, chrome shift handle/handbrake button, DL LTD insrument cluster with operational door sensors and swapped EPROM (KM's true to body), HID headlamps. Stereo not included.

Don't let the high KM's scare you, the car still feels as tight as it did when it rolled out the factory, just about everything that can wear out has been replaced and with an engine and transmission that has only done 35,000kms, how can you go wrong? If anyone is interested, or if you have any questions or need more pictures, feel free to ask.

Just a quick question......

214rwhp, is around 210-ish fwkw's using a rule of thumb.....

What's been done to get that power out of the BA donk?? Is it just a tune with the x-zorst or is there a bit more too it??

200-210fwkw roughly. As far as i know it has a generic tune, pacemaker extractors, 'very high flow' cat converter (wink nudge), 2.5" single muffler exhaust, modded airbox and a filter. That's all that's been done to achieve that power.

I'm sure alot of people have been in this position before, i have had the car for just over three years and i've just had enough of it, i'm just not inspired by it anymore. Instead of it sitting in the shed wasting away i'd rather see it go to another enthusiast who will look after it and maybe take it in the direction that i was going to take it. I have absolutely everything that is needed to add boost, but again, it's just one of those things where inspiration is lacking.

but these mags you have do you know what they came out on as I have a set at home and yours are only the second set I've seen.

No, those parts can be purchased separately at an extra cost though, but i MAY keep the turbo for the next car. Depends if the offer on the parts is good enough i suppose
