Not sure if i read that ^^ right but if you are going to unplug the ISC you dont have to worry about mucking around with gaskets because the ISC will no longer be functioning. You will have to bump up the base idle though to compensate for it though, because unplugging the ISC will affect the idle.

If you dont like the way it runs without the ISC functioning, just make up a gasket out of thin cardboard, like from a cereal box or something, make smaller holes for the ISC, 5mm like FAST-XR said, and fit it. Put the plug back on the ISC so that it is functioning again and see if it idles any better. The smaller holes will reduce the amount of air that will pass through the ISC. Hope that makes sense

for gasket material, id recomend using something that wont deteriorate, something like thin sheet metal, or even thin plastic or rubber, at least you know the holes wont change size and unwanted bits wont end up in your intake manifold...

Hey Vince,
The TB works great, alot more pick up and good throttle response. I had to unplug the ISC though, but just bumped up the base rev and its all sweet. Also put on that shield and works fine, no rattle or vibrations.
Thanks
