well i looked everwhere on here to find a downloadable factory workshop manual and couldnt find one

Yep, well done.
If your internet's dodgy, go the Megaupload link, as it can be resumed through download managers like Getright, etc. Rapidshare unfortunately isn't.

It should be noted that this manual is the Ellery's Workshop Manual, not the Factory Ford Manual.
