Hi All,

I came across these threads of brake upgrades for E series falcon and its a shame that they didnt make it to the market, and i wanted to start this thread to show the people involved in these kits to bring them back.

Im sure many of us are interested especially at the prices quoted $1000.00 - 1500.00 in the threads as there hundreds of dollars cheaper than other kits out there.

Threads with information

Race Brakes Sydney offers a few, your paying for them though, but they look like good packages and quality work and engineering. Likewise do Cebco.
That MR-SPARES/UPC offers some for cheap - but you get what you pay for with these.

I don't get what your trying to achieve with this thread? There already is options available, but there more expensive that what most E-series owners are willing to pay.

Well these kits are between $1000 - $1500 so there cheaper than the brands you have mentioned.

What im trying to achieve is cheaper kit which still is a great product and save ppl money.

A question for you, wouldnt you like a cheaper kit than paying over 2k for a brake kit.

Obviously.
I'd also like to turbo my Falcon for $<500 and have 200rwkw+, but I dont see it happening any time soon.

I agree with svo_matt, if its e-series offset then yes.

If not, ill pass.

Cebco went bust/got bought out by Race Brakes. Cebco never managed to recoup the cost of the E Series 4 pot brakes they made. Fact is, no one bothers because the E series market is very small and those that are serious will afford $2k for the basic kit from Race Brakes. If you can't afford it, then don't worry about it.

Well to do a turbo kit for under $500.00 is unlrealistic and a stupid comment. If ppl are not interested then there is a NO POLE SELECTION.

I agree that the E series market is not as big as the BA/BF and others but from what i know RBS has sold many kits already and very little marketing has happened (A post on fordforums for a opening special price)

Well i can see 12 ppl who are already keen on this and its not even 24hrs since my post.

If the ppl can get a kit made up for under $1500.00 then thats a pretty decent saving from RBS kit which is worth $2200.00.

There is a big difference between voting "yes" on a poll and actually stumping up $1500.
I don't know what you expect this poll to achieve.
Yes, people want cheap brake upgrades available.
A better poll question would be, "If there was a brake upgrade available for $1500, would you actually buy it, or would you just s**t around and ask questions but never actually spend the money?"

Like i said i want to keep this thread clean so dont need your unconstructive input.

And for the record im not a tight a**, u should check out my previous EF XR8 347 stroker, race c4 tranmission which i was selling on here earlier this year with threads to prove it

Im just trying to promote a product which should of made it to market and into our cars. Why should people pay top dollar when they can get something which is equvilant or there abouts in quality and pay less for it.

What would be good is a minimalist conversion kit to fit bigger/later model brakes to the e-series.

Yeh that would be heaps good, keep costs down.

Mr Spares on ebay has sold 6 kits from 23/SEP - 20/NOV this year, and all were auction not BUY NOW option. So 36 kits sold on ebay a year is not bad. I done a average of what he sold them for and it was $975.83 each kit. After 36 kits sold $35129.88. Not bad for 1 product line.

So this proves there is interest out there with these kits
