Just about everyone has posted a build thread for their e-series so i though i would start a thread on what i have already done, some works in progress and what will happen in the future.

Car History
Car was given to me at start of 09 when i got my p's for the large price of $0 from my grandmother
she has had the car from new.

This ED just so happened to be a BENCH SEAT,
Completed mods
1) Remove stock GLi dash and replace with a fairmont ghia dash cluster. EBAY
2) Remove Bench Seat and put in bucket seats - complete, Thanks for the seats troyman
3) put in a console to fill the gap between the seats - complete, thanks XpFalcon
4) fairmont chrome grill. thanks PapaSmurf
5) Turbo Blades. PapaSmurf
6) convert from column shift to floor shift, thanks PapaSmurf for letting me cut a hole in u floor And SWC for cutting a hole in my floor and welding it up. top work mate.
7) clear front indicators
8) fairmont boot garnish, RaceDirector

in the future i plan to:
get the car lowered,
improve the steering,
improve the performance,
T5 conversion.

Guy, any suggestions on how to improve the steering and performance,

i'll post up pics soon

You want some performance drop a cam into it and go the Xh snorkel and K&N. Nice sports exhaust system.
As for handling id take it to mine and Troymans friend Mr Rex Stafford Suspension at Yenorra and let him check it out for you. He looks after the suspension on mine and Troymans cars and knows his Fords and will give the best advice.

Good stuff... chrome grill set them off nicely, just need those clear indicators now to complete the front end look. Fairmont garnish looks much nicer!

Cheers

year man I recovered it I loaded it up and then went to the near truck stop and slept in the truck for the morning and got back home at about 3 after making a detour via mini smurfs place.

I plan to get the xc on the road ahead oh schedual hopefully within the next month with some luck.

Then I will slowly but surely WILL rebuild my ED eventually.

I'm at work now so pics will have to wait and sorry about any spelling errors I'm using my phone
