Stock ICC 2 x Alpine 850RMS mono amps 1 x 4 channel amp 2 x 12" pioneer subs Stock door speakers **looking into boot battery install** So this is the audio accessories i will be looking into installing, if you can add to the list please let me know. POWER SUPPLY from battery in engine bay - 0 gauge wire - inline fuse - 0 gauge wire - Distribution block w/ fuses 1-in-3-out - 2 gauge to each of the amplifiers. SPEAKER FEED from stock ICC - 12 gauge wire - line converter - REAR SPEAKER FEED to amps for SUBS/FRONT SPEAKER FEED to amps - 12 gauge wire - speakers unsure of what to do for amp to sub... and i feel im missing something else, but i dont know... im probably missing A LOT! lol On the boot install front, I will be making a mock up from cardboard (photos should be up by the weekend) just to see how it fits and how much room I'll have to spare... Plus when I have it finalized, I will be able to use them all as templates... Should make it easier.

right, well spent the afternoon in very awkward positions trying to figure out how best to put in this boot setup... this is what i came up with...
at first i was looking for a hole in the boot floor to bring through the power cable from the engine bay. found this... under the foil cap is a drilled hole that goes through to the hollow of the chassis. i thought i had struck gold, a hole that was already in the car... but then i realised it just wont fit the amount of wiring that will need to come through... so i think i will just need to drill and prime my own hole. finding a suitable gromit to try and seal up it once i have put the cables through. otherwise in the rain i will end up with a boot full of electrical accessories and water secondly i got to the real business for the afternoon, the boot setup... i tried to get a few photos a long the way, but all you can see is lots of cardboard clippings from where i had to make slight adjustments... very frustrating when combined with a windy afternoon with no shelter... anywho, this is the final product... and installed... hmm still not too sure im and 100% happy with it, but thats pretty what it will look like... anyway, let me know what you think...

No matter what I use from my collection... I can't seem to get the badge marks out of the boot... :/

Like a silhouette sorta thing, plus still a tiny bit of a glue outline...
Started cleaning at 1pm this afternoon, and just ran out of day light/started light rain. Didn't even get to do all the sills or anything more then a wash on the outside... Don't know how it took so long, wasn't that dirty... :/ Big job when you try do it right...

Hey mate, go to an automotive paint shop and get a rubber eraser wheel that you put in a drill and once you've got the badges off just hit it with that. It will take all the glue and s**t off. Then just give it a good polish and you're done. Just make sure you don't stay in one spot to long so it doesn't get hot. Costs about $10 and no fkin around.
Cheers Paul. Attachment: 04-33.jpg

I should say only use it on the boot... Dont use it on the body kit... Don't think the plastic would like it much.

Should be safe there, no badges on the body kit...
Cheers for the idea though, should save me a lot of hassle for not much money... Thanks

Don't use a caramel wheel. Clay Bar and a polish will do it.

Well that's easy done, pretty sure I have a clay bar downstairs somewhere. Cheers...
So annoyed with this rain, detailed it yesterday... Filthy today :/ oh well... Nothing another wash won't fix. Hmm plan of attack... -cousin's making the boot setup for me -wire it all up and get it working... Will be a big job I think, not hard just fiddly and annoying. -wheels (either buy second hand set or get my au xr rims painted and ready to fit) -catback exhaust -then maybe body kit, if I can get FG mkII XR front bar... Or go more deeply into the engine bay to start prep'ing for potential turbo install if I ever get around to it lol

Well I was thinking about that... Sleeper style with stock everything Cept height and rims... Should just gutter rash it up with chopped springs, and a massive intercooler hanging out front :p

Why not? gutter rash is all the rage with keeping to the super stealth unloved Unmodified look, might even take out a tail light bulb just for the finishing touch lol just top mount or water cooled intercooler for SUPER stealth....
Still dropping around this arvo? If so, shot me a message...
