In my 5.0 EF Ghia,i seem to be going through fuel pumps and relays every few days,today i put in another fuel pump and it s**t itself within an hour or two.Anyone have any idea what would cause this?.Ive had a look in the manual and it says the "fuel pump control unit" could be faulty,where is this?.
Also are 6cyl pumps the same?.

Probably got something wrong with the Body Control Module. Controls just about all the accessories.
