Ok i have a 97 farmont i have been told 2 press the drmister buton 3 time and my car should lock but is dosnt..
The key makes everything lock and the clicker lights up wen i push it?? But the car wont read the clicker
On the speedo the smartlock is on and everything works

sounds like the remote needs to be re-tuned(not sure what the actual term is) to what the car wants it to be.
