Hi all Have just registered my mustang again last week and it is not going well
Basically just wont perform at all has constant misses. Thinking it might be another coil but it is pretty much new maybe had like 2 weeks worth of driving on it.. Any one had any problems with EMS killing coils?

im running a stinger on the factory dizzy using the tfi and factory coil now for over a year with no issues yet...

Did you run a resistor or anything for yours? yes, on the spark output to the tfi im running a 500k ohm pull up resistor thats linked from 12v through the resistor to the ignition output wire.. unless there is something in the ignition settings that are causing issues? |

Ah ok thats probably my problem then im not running the resistor.. I havent played with the Dwell or anything like that.

Just had another idea can i go into ecu setting and select off for the Trigger pull up resistor?
Or should i just wire in a resistor and leave it on?
