i have the chance to get an El ex police chip for my El Fairmont.

But i have some questions first.

How will this chip improve my cars performance
Where does it go
Is it easy to install

Theres no chip.

You will get another computer basically, and be sure it is a chaser spec eecv or you will find yourself more out of pocket then anything.

It has no speed limiter, Harder Shift points on the auto just before redline, if you drop from d -> 3rd then back to d it will stay in 3rd until you are on the accel lightly or tap it a few times, and apparently just makes it a tad better. but otherwise not a huge difference really. good if u have a shiftkit and only want a hard shift if u really plant it between gears (Better if mechanical shift kit instead of el dodge eletronic)
