hey guys ive taken out the shift kit that was in my ED 6cyl and want to put it in my 5.0L ghia. Is it just a straight swap over or is there more to it?

got the shift kit how to instructions it says to find PIN 38 (should be green) but on my ECU its orange, Is this the same wire to use or is PIN 38 down the other end of the wire plug?

Hi bud answer to ur question is no it won't work you need different sized resistors & V8 shiftkits hook up to the TCM not the ECU. You need a 1ohm 10w & a 22ohm 10w resistors......
