Hey Everyone,
I've always had a love for the EF to EL XR8 shapes but haven't really delved into buying one until now. I don't have any knowledge of the V8's in these cars but I do have a fair amount of knowledge of rebuilding engines. Most of the cars I am looking at have 150K to 250K kilometers on them and I would be looking to mod/freshen up the engine. I know the engine is a Windsor 5.0 but what should I be searching for to see what is available in the way of performance parts. What cars came out in America with the same engine?? I'd be looking to do higher compression, cam upgrade, heads etc to get closer to 300rwhp for a nice weekend cruiser.
