Its a 20" rim with 35mm adapters i got 225/30 on there now but too thin

245/30 is the max. Try dropping to a better suited wheel size. Like a 17 or 18....

how wide are the rims?? anything wider then 9" with 245's i think you will have issues with scrubbing, you may have to roll the guards or raise the suspension...

245/35 will hit the ball joint unless your wheels are way out.
245/30 is ideal, will be noticibly better then 225/30 225/35 can sometimes fit, but depends on where the wheel sits.

The rims are either 8 or 8.5 wide with the 35mm adapters, gaurds are already rolled
