are the little strips on the door's (just under the handles) removeable? i got a bit close with the pressure cleaner a while ago and they need repainting.

nah not pin stripes, the bump things on the door. they are the same colour as the rest of my car, but on lower models they are black.

they're attached wtih double sided tape.
so long as tehre hasnt been any dodgy repairs done on the car, then yeah, u can take them off.
the tape that holds them on is usually pretty strong though.
