Hi guys,
I just wanted to know what was involved in changing over to a Au stud pattern from EL? I am wanting to install a particular wheel which will not fit the EL unless I install hub adapters which I do not wish to do. Has anyone done this before? And what sort of cost am I looking at? Where in Melbourne is the best place to do such a conversion? |

AU stud pattern is the same. Its the offset that's different.
The rear isn't too hard. Fit an AU diff. Terrorist ghia has done the same. Front is a different kettle of fish. Easiest option would be to fit a cebco big brake kit or the likes. There is no easy or cheap way to do the front. Many have tried and failed. A few have had success but it was a lot of thinking and work.

Based on that fact my Mum is the best around! |
