Ok so here we are.

This is my NL Fairlane Concorde Ghia.

I bought it in Dec 08, first ford for me, bit of an upgrade from previous cars I've had:
- 1996 Audi 80 B4 (totalled - hit by an X-trail :( )
- 1976 Leyland Mini Clubman, had 4 Mini's all up (sold to my partners Dad)
- 2008 Suzuki Swift (gave to the parents)

and currently the Fairlane.

I bought her in completely stock condition, immaculate interior and the body work is pretty good, but has little wear for its age.

I have big plans for her performance and cosmetic wise.

So far done to the lane are:
- 3" Redback system.
- Replaced the air filter given her a good engine service.
- New sparkies and leads.
- Replace the stock head unit with a 7" Touch Screen and ploncked some Pioneer 6" in the front and Alpine S type 6x9" speakers in the back parcel.
- New Starter Motor
- New Slotted Rotors and Bendix Pads
- Superlow Front about to put in Lows at the Rear with Munroe GT shocks.
- Complete new cooling, Hoses and Radiator. (want new overflow, its leaking)
- Rolled guards

Currently working on the new grill, de-badging etc etc.

The short term:
- Tint
- Extractors
- New front / rear bumpers (need new / good second hand ones)
- Complete Trans Flush/Service
- 3.7 LSD

The long term:
Once all the little stuff is done I'm going to be looking at second hand motor with low km's for a Trickflow top end kit and 331 stroker, possibly supercharged.
After the engine.. A respray and thats everything done :)

I think thats everything....

Oh.. Pics soon..

How she looked a few days after buying her, spent half the day detailing her.

I'm not completely sure but she's got:
- Woodgrain Trim
- Complete Leather Interior
- Chrome Highlights
- Momo Wood Steering Wheel
- Fully adjustable seats
- The Wheels I'm led to believe are factory option, made in France.

I'll get pic's up soon, been pretty average weather, she needs a wipe over :P

Just noticed last night...
Some ones tried to break into my car
The lock on drivers door is all mangled, but they didn't get in thankfully..
Alarm up grade I think, anyone know of any decent alarms?

Yeh, so two night ago I had $2383 worth of damage done to my car, some fully sick lil mungrels keyed her. Right down to the metal. Wish i had money for a respray :(

Happened while I was in the car, alone 1 am surrounded by 15 guys, not cool. The things you go through when doing favours for girls. aha

Off topic, but I hope you remember all of them. Sounds like they need to meet a hungry rotty or alsation. A punch to the head is not enough these days.

twas f**k s**t. my window half down 3 guys thinking ther tops yelling at me, didnt wanna look away in case they smacked me. i did think about it but i didnt want em to kick my panels in. so as soon as they moved i booted it, though i was parked head in so i would have to reverse slam 1 n boot and the car park having humps wasnt fun for a car with super low springs

ive learnt my lesson never to pick up a friend from work at 1am in a dodgey area alone!

so utterly devastated, not like i could pick up the phone and call people as they'd go ape s**t..
