ISSUES-
Power windows, mirrors and wipers will only operate if you hold the start button in with key in ignition position and once engine is running. Any ideas may be helpful. I Have obviously checked all the standard stuff you would normally to fault find. Hoping someone may help.

First question is how did they get it started.
Have you checked if ignition switch is broken.
Does accessory relay operate when key is turned on.
