I guess this applies to electrical.
I couldn't find any reference to this in the forums, so I'd thought I'd just let anyone out there with rear parking sensors and towbars know that you can potentially get constant triggering of the sensors if you fit a chromed plastic towball cover. It doesn't seem to be affected by the chrome towball (maybe as it's spherical, not cylindrical) but as soon as I put one on and reversed, the sensors screamed like a banshee. I've heard you can redirect the angle of the sensors. I'm going to try customising the cover instead.

In some states, your not allowed to have a towball or tounge on the car when not in use.

Really Krytox?
I know it's illegal to have it fitted in NSW if it obstructs the number plate... As it does on the old man's old holden... Which states, do you know? Cheers, Tim

ahh I read it somewhere a long time ago, prolly due to the fact older kingswood's had those fold down numberplates. and the towball would obscure it.
Can't say i've ever been fined.... every car i've owned has had a towbar.
