I have a ba xr8 and I have no auto setting on my combination switch but other xr's do just wondering if I can replace the combo switch to get auto setting one or if there a relay and more to it than just switch the switch, any help would be grateful as I need to replace mine regardless

BA MKII on had the auto setting on the combo switches. I think there is more to it than just replacing the switch. Id say there would be light sensors and other electronics involved for the functions to work.
