this is a bit of a noob question but before you jump up an down can you hear me out becouse in theroy it should work

i have a old vp power window conversion in the shed im looking to sell but for my el conversion i need the loom and i can start putting it in so i was thinking of using. the holden loom (its heavy wire so more than adequte, and it also has the power window BCM) i knpw il have to change the plugs over thats easy but my main concern is the bcm, now the windows will be ran on a whole seperate system so it should work correct? the bcm gives the auto feature and. timer one if my memory is correct
