Have bridged wires still won't start was told slow crank is because I have ran a wire from battery to starter motor with a push button

hey there guys , iam no auto leccy but this was the exact prob i had in my xh xr6 and i took 2 weeks to fix after alot of painfully slow diagnostics came to the conclusion it is a hairline crack in the bcm soldering ...very common apparently...the odd person fixed with a quick punch with the side of the hand too the bcm lol but not for any length of time...as i couldnt source a bcm replacement and i solder boards as well as saying no to a beer the most effective way was to order a smartlock bypass module from a store in perth ....no issues since ... hope this is helpfull
