does any one have a wiring diagram for the indicator / wiper stalk.....
im putting a ef or el column in my eb.... . cheers for the help... |

You dont need one! .
If you take your EB Switches, and Your EF Switches you'll see that you can swap and change them as you like That is - You can use the EB, or EF Switch mechanism, with the EB, or EF Lever, on an EB, or EF column/base. So you'll just need to move the EF Levers onto your EB Switch base/Switches and you'll be right to go. Saves you all the wiring hasles Nigel |

I think Rep is restricted to other places.. . Xfalcon etc.
I cant remember exactly, but I believe that each side is seperate. Once you have the two indicator switch assemblys out of the car, you undo (I think) two small screws, and might have to manipulate some plastic. Attention to detail is fairly important. You need to do this anyway unless your actually putting the EF/L Column into your car as the carrier base is different. Just take your time. Its not terribly hard - just a detail thing Nigel |

Depends whether you need the EF/EL base which mounts with three screws or the EA-ED base which mounts with the clamp that go around the column?
Ever since EA the combo switch has not changed significantly... See my build thread in my sig... I fitted an EL upper column to my ED lower column so I could run a later steering wheel... I have an EF/EL combo base to mount it to the column plate... The arms in the base are BA arms so I can see them through the FG wheel... And I am running an AU clock spring... Only change between them was the three wires for the pins to get horn and cruise on the EA-ED were in the main combo switch wiring... Just need to put them in their own plug for the clock spring... And if you run EA-ED switch modules then you'll add to the variable intermittent wires into it... Not a hard task... So the moral of this is... You can run which ever base to mount to the column... Whichever arms to be visible through the wheel or give clearance... And unclip the switch modules on the back of the base to run which ever wiring loom you want... Only change in wiring was BA combo switch didn't have the hazard light switch on the top of the column anymore... So that switch module on the top back of the base on them is slightly varied...
