Hey, when I was driving today, I noticed the "AIR BAG" light on the dash illuminate for about 10 minutes. I have checked to make sure that everything associated with the airbag system is plugged in (pass airbag, driver airbag, front bumper airbag sensor, under dash airbag sensor and the airbag module itself) The light went off by itself and has not appeared since. What is the likely cause, and what should I be checking next?

It may be the clock spring. If a cable has cracked, it may now be touching and working. If this is the case, the light will come back with a Code to say it is disconnected. Mine went out many years ago, and I seem to remember it wasn't a solid fault at first.
