Hi, any help would be much appreciated. My front passenger door on my el futura has decided it doesn't want to lock electrically anymore. This wouldn't be a problem but there is no manual locking mechanism. I believe it is a case of needing to change the actuator in the door, I was just wondering what the process for doing this is as I cannot afford to pay the auto electrician $260 to do it for me? Sourcing a new actuator shouldn't be a hassle, i know they change for front to back doors but do they change from drivers side to passenger side?
