Hey, my El falcon lost spark a little while go and after the first few days of it happening I cranked it over and it fired but it started running a bit rough but after a while it ran fine, I took it for a drive a few days later and it broke down while driving and lost spark again. I replaced the coil and didn't change anything and I was told that the dizzy has been changed recently. Soo I don't know if it's the dizzy thats s**t itself again or something to do with the ECU.

when was the last time you changed the leads? my EL did the exact same thing, ran like a dog shortly before breaking down and simply refusing to restart. it turns out it was a few of the leads had started arcing out against the engine, had a similar thing happen to me on an EA i had aswel.
a few other things to try; plug a spark plug directly into the coil and see if it has spark, it's not uncommon for those coils to fail prematurely although they did get a LOT better by the time of the EL can you start it on a bit of spray? if it'll start on spray and run like an old goat then the new coil might have failed you it's not uncommon! if it starts on spray but wont run then check your fuel pump! my EL broke down on me in a Maccas drive through because of an old worn out fuel pump!

Since you've already replaced the coil, it's less likely to be the culprit, but it's still worth testing. You can do this by using a multimeter to check for resistance across the coil terminals.
