The other day I tried replacing my cruise control buttons in my 97’ EL XR6 with a loom that had the cruise controls cut off (I didn’t want cruise buttons as the cars manual swapped so wanted only horn buttons) and ever since then the cruise light is stuck on and it won’t turn off even though I put the factory cruise/horn loom back in. Now the wiper fuse keeps blowing which also stops the windows and demister. The wipers have been reversed when I put a new fuse in and they work for a couple seconds, down is now off and up is on. If I don’t touch the wipers when I pop a new fuse in I can control the windows and demister. I don’t know what happened.
