hi

hooked up a battery to the ed fairmont to test things as they go together and got the following problems

1. the trip computer in the ed fairmont doesnt work at all no lights, no numbers, no power, nothing
would it be a simple globe or has the trip computer fried

2. the climate control has E2, E5, E7 errors, only tried it with the key on ign

engine isnt yet ready to start and run but have turned it over with the key to get the oil through

does anyone know why, going to pull the dashboard out and just go over the wires and the heaterbox, maybe add some new foam sponge

does anyone know where to buy foam sponge from, hardware shops ?? auto shops ??
