is all v8 ef or el engine bay harness the same as the fairmont one, has the base models lower than fairmont got the extra plugs for all the fairmont stuff just sitting there or do you have to add them,

if you wanted to convert fairmont to v8 could you find any v8 ef or el engine bay harness or does it have to be atleast out a fairmont

also is the ea tcm same as eb-el v8 one

TCM - no
Loom- v8-v8 should be OK. Only thing different in engine would be maybe cruise control, in which case the plug should be tucked up under there. I6-v8, not even close.

What are you trying to do?

And for what its worth, if you can't get an engine bay loom and ecu from the donor car, don't buy the engine. I searched for ages and couldn't find a loom, so took it back to carby, and sold it to an idiot for profit.

will the el v8 dash and engine bay harness plug into the ef body wiring harness

is the series 2 el v8 engine bay harness same as the series 1 el v8 harness

will the el v8 dash harness plug into the ef v8 engine harness and body harness

is the floor body harness same between 6 cyl and v8 and are ef/el body harness same

with the engine harness will the dash have to come out to get to the grommet near heater box or can you get to them while its still in
