Hey everyone
My headlights all of a sudden went out and will not work, parkers and high beams all work fine. I was wondering if there is a fuse or relay specifically for the headlights if so can someone explain to me where it is located? I have found two locations with relays, one next to the battery which I do not think has a spot for headlights and the place next to the air box isnt labelled. Thanks, Daniel. |

Relays at battery are Horn, high beam, low beam starter (from front of car)
Is it a Fairmont or Falcon? |

The outer globe is an H4 which has two filaments. Low and High.
Check to make sure they're not just blown. |

Thanks, il double check the globe but I'm pretty sure the filament was still intact.
So this diagram is correct? http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a23/qu ... 020228.jpg And test the second one from the top of the car ? |

Yeah, pretty sure they didn't change the order of the relays in EF EL
They might look ok, but you'd really need to test them. |

Thanks for your help. What's the best way to test them ?
Also, is there an easy way to remove them because they seem like they are glued in! |

Ok so it was the globes. How stupid was that.
Also, I put in two H1 globes that fit in the top part of the assembly. Can someone tell me what these globes are used for? As they turn on when I switch on my high beams. I was wondering if this is normal as they do not turn on when I put my head lights on. |
