Hey everyone

My headlights all of a sudden went out and will not work, parkers and high beams all work fine. I was wondering if there is a fuse or relay specifically for the headlights if so can someone explain to me where it is located?

I have found two locations with relays, one next to the battery which I do not think has a spot for headlights and the place next to the air box isnt labelled.

Thanks,
Daniel.

Relays at battery are Horn, high beam, low beam starter (from front of car)

Is it a Fairmont or Falcon?

The outer globe is an H4 which has two filaments. Low and High.
Check to make sure they're not just blown.

Thanks, il double check the globe but I'm pretty sure the filament was still intact.

So this diagram is correct?

And test the second one from the top of the car ?

Yeah, pretty sure they didn't change the order of the relays in EF EL

They might look ok, but you'd really need to test them.

Thanks for your help. What's the best way to test them ?

Also, is there an easy way to remove them because they seem like they are glued in!

Ok so it was the globes. How stupid was that.

Also, I put in two H1 globes that fit in the top part of the assembly. Can someone tell me what these globes are used for? As they turn on when I switch on my high beams. I was wondering if this is normal as they do not turn on when I put my head lights on.
