Hi folks, how is the big 100 amp fuse removed from the fuse box?? Seems to me to be bolted in???

Yep you are correct it's bolted in by 2x 10mm bolts, you need to undo the 2 bolts holding the fuse box, move it aside, and under the 2 bolts, obviously you'll want to disconnect the battery first.
