Hi all.

current problem/question is to do with the heater/aircon in a BF & what causes the "tapping" noise to the left of the cluster?. i'm presuming a 'blend door' problem?. if that is the case is it a dash out to fix??.

Thanks

Ps. nup didn't do a search

Havent encountered the problem myself but willing to add my 2c for ya

Quiet possibly broken blend door or mixer shaft? does the heater vents both change temp the same one sides not blowing hot and the other cold?

The good news or bad is yes anything HVAC related on these is a dash out job.

fairly easy after ya have removed the drivers seat to remove the handbrake to get to the console to get that out its only about 9 bolts after that and a few plugs in the kick panes

My AC has being making a clicking sound for ages. Only when AC is activated not with just fan on.
All appears to be working normal..
