If the metal clip has come out of the end of the lead its stuffed.

I've never bothered trying to repair them myself but someone else may have..?

AFAIK they are put together with silicone lube and aren't like regular wires..

Open lead end of terminal - strip outer insulation carefully from silicon core long enough to lay back inside terminal and recrimp with pliers - (temp repair only) ...........

^^ what he said. Or use an old lead. But the temp repair should work. Doesnt matter if its shorter, 7mm, 6mm. As long as its an ignition lead

If you *must* run around on 5 cylinders, consider disconnecting the injector so your not putting raw fuel through to your cat. your O2 sensor isnt going to be in love with how your car goes either.
