Hi. I am new to the site. Have an issue that seems to be known. Have no parking or tail lights. Not globes or fuse related. I have read that wires in the stalk break, and it is possible to lengthen and re-connect them. Most of the posts I have read about this say "Take the back panel off the stalk and you can see the wires." but none of them says how to remove said panel. Any heads up would be appreciated.
