I have a falcon ba and it has memory seats and mirrors..... these are not working although they did sporadically when I first purchased the a***, I tried to do the diagnostic test posted elsewhere on the forum, but no power to seats or mirrors, please help if anyone has any ideas.... a local mech thought it may be the comfort module??

Is ignition switch off when trying to use memory buttons
Are you able to adjust seat from switches on seat
Are you able to adjust mirrors from switch on drivers door -

note that mirrors use a memory module that is fitted inside the drivers door trim-
disconnect mirror switch connection before pulling trim away from door or switch will break

Have you tried resetting seat memory positions
Ignition switch from off to on 3times can reset some settings sometimes
Try disconnecting and reconnecting connections to seat module located under drivers seat - unbolt seat for access
