G'day folks

So my instrument cluster packed it in the other day (somethings dead in the speedo gauge )

Anyway, was looking around for a cheap replacement, found one on ebay pretty close to my original KM's (so i won't bother getting it reprogrammed, only bout 1000km difference)

Now the cluster is out of a 2006 BF XR6, my car is a 2006 BF XR8.

But the cluster is different to mine? googling round i saw a mention of there being a hi and lo series XR dash but that was all i found.

I attached a snip of the 2 clusters, mine is the one of the right with the silver everywhere, the one i was looking at is on the left with the white checked faceplate.

I'm guessing mine is a Hi series and the other is a Lo series? Whats the difference? Can i use it anyway?

Looking at the left picture i can spot a standard traction control button, wheres mine has stability control, is that a problem? Does it still have/use the same lights or will i still need to get that dash programmed to suit my car (ie lights turned on/turned off/etc)
