Dose the needle move at all?
Dose it jiggle when you lightly whack the cluster? Or dose it seem seized up?

Is your radiator full?
Try replacing the sensor on the thermostat housing. That may be playing up. Probably the sensor if not the cluster..

are radiator hoses getting hot if so remove connection from temperature sender(not coolant sensor which is for engine management) and ground turn key on,gauge should rise - dont leave on to long at a time.........if gauge rises replace temperature sender.
