so i have put an explorer manifold on the DL 5.0L and I have come across a set of 24Lbs injectors. Would it be worth putting the larger injectors on and if I did can I use the original fuel rail and do I need to upgrade the fuel pump?

ALso woould it need a tune or would the the self learning still work within this range?

Theres no point putting them in unless you upgrade heads, cam, etc. You would need to get the car tuned and would gain nothing over the 19s, as the 19s are plenty for the stock combo.
