hi guys lookin for some info about aftermaket computers that u hav use and what numbers u got out of ur car. im runnin a N/A el tickford 6 cly with a C4 gearbox and a 3:9 diff and info would be great

lookin to spend around $1000 to $2000 on the computer
just really see what people hav used and see if they work well

A cheap way would be to see if your ECU catchcode is supported by the Elimator Chip as you can then at least get it dyno tuned properly for every single kw and nm that your engine can generate.
So that'd be less than $1,000 for the hardware and you pay for the dyno time on top.

im using a ems stinger they are around the $1200 mark.

as an example, i was running the std ecu with a piggy back and it made 175rwkw, and just by changing to the ems stinger it gained 20 rwkw.. to 194rwkw
this is on a supercharged ed, and both the piggyback and the ems were tuned on the same dyno within a few days or each other...
