KOEO = Key On Engine Off
The KO part means that the ignition is on. EO means engine was not started. KOER - Key On Engine Running |

I also received my diagnostic unit for E-series today.
Thanks heaps Muzza. It's a professional unit built to last and works like a treat! The manual is really excellent. This unit is worth every cent and I'd certainly recommend it to anyone with an E-Series.
