Hi hopefully someone can steer me in the right direction 2002 series 3 xr8

I have done a auto to manual conversion and has gone quite well and without cutting corners I have installed a J3 chip. , ti proformance instruction are very clear. And when I turned on key fuel pump primed as it should. Car won't start my quest ion is do I have to loop out the loom on the trans end
The car turns on but won't turn over and seems to be like it not in park or neutral there is some basic notes around but not Pacific
Can someone help ?
