I have heard about the AU edit, but cant really find much on it (yes i have done a search!!)
How does it work? Is it a bit like the BA FlashTuner, or is it tuned more like a unichip? How wild can you go on it? And don't AUs run EEC-V? Does that mean that this is/will be available for EF/ELs? |

correct me if im wrong, but au 1 doesnt. so im guessing this mod if its like the ba one it would be for au2 onwards, but dont quote me on that, its just what i think. if its for a uni chip it could possibly be for all models of the au series, in which case, it would be avaliable of el/f possibly in the near future

There is a lot of information about it, on the ff.com.au site.
For all AUs, just like the BA flash tuner. E-Series can't do it at the moment, because they dont have the ODB port. Cheers

Cooki_Monsta, all AU's are full EEC-V. The late E-Series are like a hybrid i.e. EEC-V processor in EEC-IV case and EEC-IV loom plug.
nicco, AU Edit uses exactly the same hardware (XCalibrator 1), and re-calibration software (SCT Advantage) as the BA. Basically, they have just added the AU strategies and PCM definitions to the software database. |
