yup can be done the only thing i would be worried about is the converter being able to supply enough gas to the engine..
u may need 2 convertors or a V8 spec 1 if their is such a thing

I wouldn't do it - just in my opinion, as you lose the boot space, power to the engine, hard to get it going in winter, and the head gaskets blow on the Fords after 18 months - just be chasing your own tail, dude.

Run the car on PULP, drive leaniently, or bite the bullet and downsize to a smaller car.

I have changed my driving habits dramatically. As a result, I have saved money, wear and tear on my car and my g/f has an economical car, so we save money here and there, but I still give the beast a run up and down the hume at leat once every six weeks.

since when do they blow after 18months?
