I have a 03 BA XR6 auto and am wanting to put the XR6T engine and T56 gearbox I got with the car in.
Is it possible to use the same ECU and just reflash for the XR6T & T56 or will I need to get an ECU from XR6T with T56 gearbox?
The XR6T ECU was sold before I bought the car but I do have the Flash Tuner that has the ECU's program in it from what I have been told.
Any info would be great as I have been out of the car build game for a while.

You will need to find a XR6 turbo PCM/ECU and any required wiring and sensors. the XR6 N/A ecu didnt have the required pins to drive the boost reference sensor and the waste-gate actuator solenoid

The engine has the full loom still attached and all sensor are on the engine also so it's a straight drop in and connect to an ECU. Do I need to get a XR6T ECU from and a manual or will an Auto one work with the reflash from I guess Ford Dealer to connect to the BEM?
The XR6T engine is connected to a T56 Gearbox going into a XR6 with Auto body.
