hey guys any help would be great.
replaced the alternator today alarm went off it's head when i removed the battery... now the car wont start says security code on the lcd in the car. any ideas?

I have th esame problem, had to replace the altenator, due to th epower steering fluid dripping into it, but then the center console doesnt work and the work code comes up on the screen. Please someone must know what it means.. or is it a trip (tow) to the ford dealer

no wont reset, car wont start, I can hear the relay clicking, but no start, everything else works, the windows llights etc, but nothing on th ecenter console works, a/c fan, door locking button, radio, nothing except the word "code"on the screen

woohoo shes going again, it was a loose plug in the kick panel on the drivers side, some of the connections had come loose so there was no power going too or maybe from the central console
